Sussex Police said Robert Cole, who was wanted for recall to prison for breaching the terms of his release licence, has been arrested.
Police issued an appeal this morning (December 19), and he was later seen by a police officer who arrested him in High Street, just off Edward Street in Brighton, this afternoon.
