East Grinstead tennis courts relaunched after announcement of £55,000 investment in Mid Sussex

Mid Sussex MP Mims Davies said she was thrilled to be at the event, which followed the announcement of investment into park tennis courts in Mid Sussex.

Some £55,392 is being invested to transform tennis courts at: Bolnore Woodside Tennis, Cuckfield Recreation Ground, Mount Noddy Recreation Ground, East Grinstead, St John’s Park, Burgess Hill, and Victoria Park, Haywards Heath.

Mims Davies said: “I was thrilled to join the team at Mount Noddy Recreation Ground in East Grinstead for their relaunch.”

She said: “This investment into Mid Sussex is designed to bring everyone of all ages and backgrounds outside and provide greater opportunities for children and adults to be active.”

The works were funded as part of the Parks Tennis Project, which is a joint investment by the LTA Tennis Foundation and the UK Government.
