The Italian designer is offering illustrations of her pugs, Maya and Edgar, to raise money for Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare in Ringmer.
Marzia said: “I have spent 8 years in Brighton, UK, and tried to support animal charities though my business. When I came across Raystede, I knew I wanted to help, and I still remember how once I made my first donation, I was later sent a letter explaining how the contribution went towards helping a small puppy litter.

"I was lucky enough to get a guided tour of their centre, and was blown away with the level of care and attention provided, as well as the large variety of animals being looked after. So I am very glad to be involved in this charity auction.”
The A4 size illustrations are the only ones in existence and are signed by Marzia and will be sold in wooden frames measuring approximately 24cms x 33cms.
Marzia added: “When I provided the two illustrations, I was asked to create a portrait of my own dogs, Maya and Edgar.

“This drawing represents Maya cheering-on whoever looks at it. She is our little trooper.
“Edgar has always been the opposite from Maya, needing a diaper to keep him from doing his business inside, climbing onto tables, and barking at every moving thing.
“But he is the most lovable and playful dog, bringing so much joy to our day with his mischiefs.”
