Some £5million of government cash handed out today will go towards the redevelopment of the Devonshire Park including a new conference complex.

East Sussex has been awarded £13.2 million in total from the government’s Local Growth Fund (LGF) following a successful bid by the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP).

The money will be spent on a new welcome centre, plaza and the tennis courts.
