Brave Shoreham teen's charity walk

To prove her point, she has just raised 652 for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) '“ doing a mile-long sponsored walk along Worthing's seafront using her frame to help her move along.

Victoria suffers from cerebral palsy and epilepsy, but doesn't let her disabilities stop her fund-raising for her beloved animal charities.

Victoria, of Kingsland Close, Shoreham, who goes to Oakgrove College in Worthing, managed to collect more than 500 in sponsorship and the remaining 135 was raised by Kingsland House Care Home, which is close to where she lives.

Victoria's mum, Tracey, said: "Victoria just loves animals and likes to support animal charities.

"She was so determined to do this sponsored walk, even tho-ugh it took her about two hours and it was a really cold day.

"We have been told by doctors that her mobility will be very limited eventually, so she is making the most of the time now when she can use her frame."
