After tea Brenda introduced our speaker for the morning, Richard Ratcliffe with his Music, Madness, & Mayhem.

Richard started his presentation with a Michael Holloway number, this got the ladies singing along.

Richard said as a child he went to the cinema nearly every Saturday, his parents took him to the Theatre a great deal, so he knew at a young age he wanted to go on the stage.

After he left school he went to Drama School, which led him onto a very fulfilling career as an actor/singer, Richard is very down to earth, he told us to be in the right place and get connections in the acting world he cleaned Theatres, moved props and became a dresser among many jobs, he turned his hand to in the early days.
