CHURCH EVENTS: Holy Trinity Church, Upper Dicker on Tuesday 26 April 7.30pm Annual Parochial Church. Meeting at Upper Dicker Church. Sunday 29 May 11am Open Air Communion Service at Michelham Priory. The first communion held at the Priory for 480 years. Regular services are: 9.15am Holy Communion, Upper Dicker.

PARISH ASSEMBLY: Arlington Parish Council - Parish Assembly on Thursday 21 April at 7.30pm in the Upper Dicker Village Hall. Go along and you will have the opportunity to raise any issues or you can just come along and find out what’s been going on in your villages. Drinks and nibbles will follow the meeting. A presentation will be given by Keith Stevens, Chairman of Healthwatch. All welcome. Any queries please contact the Parish Clerk, Alison Stevens 01323 460007. QUEEN’S 90TH BIRTHDAY - BEACON: On Thursday 21 April 7.30pm onwards (beacon lighting 8.30pm) at Primrose Farm, Arlington (near Old Oak pub). Bring your own drinks and snacks or picnic.

DOG SHOW: Advance notice of Dog Show at 12 noon on Sunday 1st May at Dicker Hall. Entries for classes taken from 11.30am. Lots of classes including fun and novice classes. Refreshments available.

QUEENS 1950’s PARTY: To Celebrate The Queen’s 90th Birthday at 7pm on Saturday 11th June (Official date) Arlington Village Hall. Joint Upper Dicker and Arlington event. Tickets £4, all in advance. Ticket price to cover overall expenses, food will be bring and share and please bring your own drink. Booking details to follow.
