BREAKING: Fishing boat on fire off Eastbourne

The lifeboat has been launched after reports of a fire on a boat off the coast of Eastbourne this afternoon (Wednesday).

The Diamond Jubilee lifeboat is at the scene close to the Beachy head Lighthouse and preparing to tow the boat, thought to be a fishing vessel, back to sovereign Harbour where it could be met by firefighters.
