A breathtakingly romantic thriller, The Bodyguard features a whole host of Whitney Houston’s greatest hits including Queen of the Night, So Emotional, One Moment In Time, Saving All My Love, Run To You, I Have Nothing, Jesus Loves Me, I Wanna Dance With Somebody and one of the greatest hit songs of all time – I Will Always Love You.

Whitney Houston made her luminous screen debut in the film in 1992, playing the vulnerable music superstar under threat and the film became the second highest grossing of the year, while the music contributed to a best-selling soundtrack which spent 20 weeks at Number 1 in the album charts.

Her version of Dolly Parton’s song I Will Always Love You was Number 1 for 14 weeks that year and became one of the defining songs of Whitney’s entire career.

Based on the Warner Bros. film (screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan) The Bodyguard is described as a runaway gold-plated musical hit full of stunning highlights.
