The Haven Players have been performing since 1965 so this will be their 51st year show and 36th pantomime - this is a group 46 of mixed ages from 12 to 80 years old.

This is the fourth panto Geoff Baker has written for The Players and is based on the original story with a twist regarding the love interest.

It has a talented cast which will no doubt have the audience laughing and enjoying all the great songs in the show.

Geoff said: “We are extremely lucky this year to have West End musical director Mark Dickman in charge of the music, ably assisted by Steve Huxley on percussion and Oren Gurney on reeds.

“Diane Baker is in charge of costume and with the help of Mo Munday and other members of the group has produced some terrific costumes. Choreography is by Mo Munday and Amy Baker. Don’t miss what we are sure is going to be our best panto so far.”

The first performance is on Saturday January 23 at 2.30pm with a second show at 7.30pm. It continues with a matinee on January 24 and then Thursday January 28 at 7.30pm, Friday January 29 at 7.30pm followed by two performances on Saturday January 30 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
