Seduikis was named the team and players’ MVP last season and he becomes the second player to commit his future to the club, following guard Tom Ward.

Hildreth said: “I’m really pleased that Tomas has decided to return for his third year with me as coach.

“He’s a coaches dream, works hard in practice without taking a possession off, buys into the system and will leave it all out there on the floor.

“He has a high basketball IQ, which just adds to the overall package.”

Seduikis had an impressive 2013-14 season for Thunder and Hildreth added: “Last season, Tomas really came into his own, and I referred to him as the X-factor, the guy who does all the little things, but then makes some big plays at both ends of the floor.

“I was really pleased that his team mates and the fans valued him as much as I did in awarding him the team and players’ MVP.

“Obviously players have ups and downs but with his consistent hard work and the extra confidence that Tomas showed last season, I’m hoping for big things from him moving forward.”
