Warden Park year 7 Rugby Team in County Cup semi-final

Year 7 rugby has been hugely successful this year at Warden Park. Regularly with 25 plus at training twice per week, their Coach and PE Teacher at the Academy Martin Chappell has enough players to put out 3 separate teams.

In the County Cup, the A team won their last 16 match away against Cardinal Newman 17-0, with two tries from George Jeavons, one from George Creavy with Oscar Tagg converting one of the tries. The Quarter-Final saw them see off Brighton College Prep 38-7 with Jeavons scoring 5, Daniel Grant scoring one from close range and Tagg converting 4. The boys Semi-Final will be against St Andrews Prep of Eastbourne.
