New colt for Goodwood Racehorse Owners' Group

GOODWOOD Racehorse Owners' Group has named it new colt. The syndicate's latest bay colt was unveiled at a reception at Goodwood House on Sunday December 3, which was well-attended despite the wet weather.

Goodwood Chimes, by Elnadim out of a mare called Cloche du Roi, literally King's Bell, was named by long-standing GROG member, Mrs Juliet Awdry.

The colt will be trained, as are all of the Goodwood horses, by local Arundel trainer, John Dunlop who also trained Elnadim, a fantastic sprinter.
