The club are both excited and delighted with this news, and look forward to Bloor continuing with his great work both on and off the pitch.

Borough have also confirmed that Bloor's entire backroom staff will remain at the Sports for the 2021-22 campaign.

Speaking to Eastbourne Borough's official website, Bloor said: "I am absolutely delighted to confirm mine and my management teams long term future to the club, the best in Sussex with undoubtedly the best fans who I can’t wait being back to watching us play at Priory Lane.

"I honestly can’t wait for the start of the new season. Up the Boro!"

Bloor was appointed as Borough boss in November 2019. Bloor and his side, like so many others, were unable to complete their 2019-20 campaign.

The National League season was terminated due to to the coronavirus pandemic and points-per-game was used to judge the final standings.

This resolution saw Eastbourne Borough finish in 18th place.

The following season saw Borough flying-high, occupying third-place, before the campaign was rendered null and void on March 12 due to Covid.
