Bexhill suffer another call-off

The Sussex County Football League Division Two fixture has unsurprisingly been called-off due to a waterlogged pitch following the horrendous weather of last night and this morning.

The call-off is Bexhill’s second in succession after last Friday night’s clash at home to Seaford Town also fell victim to a waterlogged playing surface at The Polegrove.

Bexhill had hoped to attract decent crowds to the two games after moving them to nights when there was no other football being played in the area. Their next match is at home to leaders East Preston on Saturday.
