Findon dispose of Ifield
FINDON pulled off a towering victory on Saturday over title rivals Ifield with a five-wicket performance from their leg-spinner Mark Stewart at Long Furlong.
After captain and opening seamer Nigel Waller had yet again broke into the top order with three key wickets '” including league outstanding batsman Nuwan Fernando first ball lbw, Stewart emerged form his post-knee injury hibernation.
The turning wicket Waller recognised when he put Ifield in to bat was ideal working conditions for Stewart and 6ft 4in off-spinner Toby Kingsbury.
