On Sunday, Worthing, in the competition for the first time in their modern history, go to Sevenoaks (2pm) in the National Mixed Cup having dumped out one of the favourites Epsom.

And in basketball Worthing Thunder travel to Brunel University at Uxbridge (4pm) to defend their National Trophy against formidable London United with the reward a chance to play City of Sheffield in the final at The Brighton Centre.

Worthing RFC turn to Mike Imrie, their captain when they won London 2 South two seasons ago, to replace injured captain Jody Levett and lead them for the rest of the season. Cambridge are an attacking machine of varsity blues from all over the world. Worthing have the best defensive record in the division. Charlie McGowan will pull on Levett's No 6 jersey.
