Guinness Trust gained planning permission from Horsham District Council for the scheme on the corner of Crawley Road and Littlehaven Lane in 2012, but due to funding issues there were suggestions last year that the housebuilding might not go ahead.

It demolished the derelict buildings in October last year after North Horsham Parish Council pushed for action to tidy up the ‘eyesore’.
