Woman banned from Burwash

A woman has been banned from entering Burwash as part of her bail conditions.

Ahmat Fransiska Kumpama, 26, of Rothsay Road, St Leonards, appeared at Hastings Magistrates Court on Friday for a trial date to be set.

Kumpama previously pleaded guilty to one charge of being drunk and disorderly, one of criminal damage and another of being drunk in charge of a child, all of which took place on September 14.

She has pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault by beating on the same date.

Kumpama will reappear at Hastings Magistrates Court for a trial on October 29 at 2.15pm.

She was granted bail on condition she stays out of Burwash.
