Volunteers for Arun Home-Start charity sought

The charity helps parents with friendship, advice or support when their children are young.

Home-Start Arun's senior organiser, Bridget Richardson, said: "Our volunteers are all parents themselves or have experience of bringing up children."

Once accepted for the volunteer preparation course in September, helpers will join other volunteers, usually for a morning a week for ten weeks.All volunteers receive on-going training and support, and out-of-pocket expenses.
