Our Telford Road base is a polling station for this year’s closely fought battle for the Hastings and Rye constituency.

Polls close at 10pm tonight and reporters will be at the count throughout the night.

Candidates standing for election in the Hastings and Rye constituency are Amber Rudd (Conservative), Sarah Owen (Labour), Nick Perry (LibDem), Andrew Michael (UKIP) and Jake Bowers (Green).
