Traffic disruption in West Chiltington

Tree works taking place along the main route through West Chiltington on The Hollows is believed to be causing major traffic disruption today (July 18).

The tree works began on Monday, July 15, and are expected to continue until tomorrow (Friday, July 19).

Currently there is road closure between the junction with Broadfield Bridge Road and Stream Lane.

An alternative route is available via Broadford Bridge Road, B2133 Harbolets Road, B2139 Coolham Road, Greenhurst Lane, West Chiltington Road, Common Hill, Mill Road and vice versa.

Emergency, pedestrian and vehicular access to properties and businesses will be maintained at all times.
