Temporary traffic disruption in Hurst Green
Road users are advised that a lane closure and temporary traffic lights are in place on the A21 at Hurst Green in East Sussex, while a utility company carries out emergency repairs to a damaged lamp post.
The work by UK Power Networks began at approximately 3.30pm today and while it is expected to be completed tomorrow (Wednesday 7 July) it is likely to impact road users during this evening and tomorrow morning’s peak periods
The temporary traffic lights will be managed manually during peak hours to minimise disruption. The lane will be re-opened to traffic as soon as it is safe to do so.
