Talented Poppy could be Olympic star of future
BUCKSWOOD student, Poppy Pittock has a bright future after being invited to join the Pentathlon GB England Talent Programme.
It is the first formal stage of developing talent to compete on the World stage. Poppy, aged 12, from Etchingham, started competing at the age of eight. She came second this year in the British Championships for Triathlon and is ranked 28th in the World for Biathlon 2012, which has led to her being invited to join the Team GB Talent Programme. She joined Buckswood this year on a Sports Scholarship .
