Sound of music fills Littlehampton care home

RESIDENTS at a nursing home in Littlehampton were in for a dazzling show when a singing group paid them a visit.

Regency Court Nursing Home, in South Terrace, recently played host to Sing4Fun.

The residents and staff were treated an afternoon of fun, which included romantic songs from France and excerpts from Guys and Dolls.

Soloists Mike and Heather Gearing and Lesley Smith impressed with their performances.

There were also sing-alongs from the Second World War era, which had many audience members lustily joining in, finishing with The White Cliffs of Dover and We’ll Meet Again.

Later, the singers chatted and reminisced over a cup of tea, cakes and biscuits.
