Sidlesham gardens outing proves popular

A ploughmans lunch with a silent auction in August was well attended by members of Middleton-on-Sea WI.

The craft section also had a fish and chip lunch.

There will be an outing to a garden in Sidlesham with a cream tea to follow.

The September meeting's speaker was Michael Standing and his talk was called '˜A fashionable watering place', it was about old Bognor and Worthing and the old fashioned bathing and bathing machines. There was a time when there was only one hotel in Bognor. It was a very interesting talk much enjoyed.
