Twinning Association: Sandhurst Twinning Association has two new dates 7th and 8th November, the cost is only £35 each for the weekend. Also a Fund Raising Event will take place on the 3rd October at the Swan from 7.30 p.m. Auction of Promises for the Association and shared between Sandhurst School Trip to Heurinchem and Kent and East Sussex Air Ambulance Service.

The Friendship Club: do not have a meeting in August but the September meeting is a coach outing, Mad Jack Fuller Trail with City/Village Tours on Friday 4th September cost per person is £23 includes coach, coffee, guide and pub lunch. Tea Party: The village Primary School held a tea party for the senior members of the local community as part of their topic, Community.The pupils invited grandparents, neighbours and family friends, the cakes were made by children at school and at Sandhurst Tearooms under the guidance of Mr and Mrs Parker. Mrs Lloyd a talented pianist and reception class teacher provided the background music throughout the event. The Tea Party was a marvellous success and was enjoyed by the guests who said they would like to come back agin next year.
