Quiz night success for Little Common PTA

Over Â£200 was raised at the recent quiz night held at Little Common School by the PTA.

Sixty-five people enjoyed a super night out which included a fish and chip supper provided by Pete's fish bar in the Town Hall square.

Chris Leach, a member of staff at the school organised the quiz which had a theme of "Colour" '“ each round had questions linked to a particular colour and each question had a PowerPoint picture linked to it which added another dimension to the quiz.

Tina Thomas, a member of the PTA, said: "It has been a fun evening and the funds raised will go towards PTA projects. The quiz questions certainly got our minds working hard.

"Thanks go to all those who helped with the organisation and everyone who came and supported the evening."
