Bognor Lib Dem councillor defects to Conservatives
A Lib Dem Bognor town councillor has defected to the Conservatives.
The switch of parties for Phil Woodall, one of four representatives for the Orchard ward, is set to take place today.
He said the move ‘will in no way affect’ his work as a town councillor and he would still be representing the Orchard ward ‘to the best of his ability’.
