It is only one week to the Pett Flower Show! There are so many things going on at this time of year, not least of which is the annual Flower Show. One thing that is really popular and seems to attract many people is the lure of home baked goodies or homegrown produce.

So, if you feel inclined to bake a little extra in the coming week or if you have some surplus home-made jams or chutney in your cupboard, or if you have an abundance of home grown vegetables, despite the late start, then the flower show would welcome them on the day or you can contact one of the committee who would be happy to collect them. Details are in the July edition of Pett Parish News.

You can also contact committee members if you have any books, jigsaws, plants or odd pieces of crockery that you would like to be collected
