Since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Eastbourne has been generally falling, according to Government figures.
The latest figures show some neighbourhoods in Eastbourne have seen a drop in infection, with several areas recording zero infections – although a few have increased.

The number of covid cases in Hampden Park North has risen from 38.2 on February 20, to 63.6 on February 27 - an increase of 66 per cent

The number of covid cases in Langney East has risen from 50 on February 20, to 62.5 on February 27 - an increase of 25 per cent

The number of covid cases in King Edwards Parade has dropped from 37.9 on February 20, to zero on February 27.

The number of covid cases in Upperton was zero on February 20 - and remains at zero on February 27.
