Patients struggling to park at centre
To link the centre to main bus routes is excellent but for those not on a bus route who must drive to the centre, parking remains a headache.
Can anybody explain why, outside the centre, there remains a plot of disused land surrounded by barbed wire fencing that makes the whole building look unfinished, as if the builders have run out of money?

Allowing disabled parking within the established car park beneath the health centre is not enough and extremely limiting.
Why the vacant plot of land outside? Its ugly and detracts from the design of both the college and the health centre and who can see the ground floor pharmacy directly behind the high barricade fencing?
An explanation and a rethink council, please.
