Too good to throw out

FOLLOWING our very succcessful Christmas event over the weekend of December 11 and 12 in the Manor Gardens, we have been left with the following:

• A red, pink and white striped bonnet style hat with white bows on top.

• A 12-inch high Father Christmas.

• A white thick woollen band about 6”deep to go around a head.

• A pair of grey gloves, without finger tips, but with a faun bow on their backs.

• A tiny china teddy bear with a yellow spotted bow tie, and with a cup and teapot in his lap.

As they all look too good to throw away please ring 01424 732642 for posting or collection from the Preservation Society office, 8 High Street, Bexhill Old Town between 9.15am and 1.15pm Monday to Friday.

The Old Town Preservation Society thanks all who helped to make our event very enjoyable and we wish all Observer readers a Happy Christmas and New Year.
