As for people living outside Littlehampton being councillors for Littlehampton, again, does he know their circumstances — maybe some have a love for the town, and a long association with it, but because of circumstances don’t live in the town.

However, that need not stop them wanting to do all they can to serve our town.

As for the Gazette letter, about councillors and replying to e-mails, let’s face it, email, as a form of communication, is not guaranteed, neither is the post.

Maybe both these, and a phone call, would achieve a response – let’s consider that before we make a judgement.
