Reeling Brian can now sleep easy

The library, that font of learning and reading pleasure has an illegal sign, and whatsmore for over a year.

This flagrant breech of all I hold dear must be rectified with the full force of the law.

Anarchy in all its invidious forms must be sought out root and branch.

Thank you conservation society, I can now sleep easier, but ever watchful.
