No wonder many have not replied

I decided to respond to the request by the Liberal Democrats to ‘have my say’ about the governance of Bexhill, as only 46 had done so by the end of January.

I initially thought ‘typical of people of Bexhill not to bother on something as important as this’, now I realise why.

If you are able to get to the review site, you are faced with an almost university degree level of research into minutes of meetings before you are in any fit state to reply. Then there is no simple questionnaire; instead a series of questions which Jeremy Paxman would be hard pressed to answer.
