The Rotary Club of Cranleigh, together with Cranleigh T & H Runners, Cranleigh Sunflowers, Cranleigh Cycling Club, Tortoise & Hare Running Specialists, Informed Choice and several other organisations, has planned the challenge to walk, run or jog around the 23 mile Cranleigh parish boundary.

Not everyone will want to complete the entire 23 miles, so the course has been divided into six stages, suitable for teams of up to six members who would prefer to run in relay. The course is entirely on public footpaths.

The entry fee for individual walkers or runners is £25. Entries will close on Tuesday, 11th May 2015 or earlier if full. Every participant will receive a medal.

The main reason for organising this event is to provide an opportunity for supporters of various local and national charities to take part and raise funds for their own charity through their own sponsorship.

Jigsaw School Trust has assisted us in the preparation and planning of the event and we hope that many more charities will enter their teams on the day.

Rotary will benefit from the residue of the entry fees which, after expenses, will then be used to fund local students participating in the residential Rotary Youth Leadership Award scheme.
