Is Battle starting to liven up a little bit?
I WOULD like to say a big thank you to all who have made a scarecrow and placed it around the town. They are brilliant and all deserve to win.
They have become a wonderful attraction and really are fun to see.
I would also like to thank the Battel Bonfire Boyes for the wonderful summer weekend they organised.
It’s long overdue that Battle had its own carnival procession and it too was good fun.
Are we starting to see the town liven up? I hope so.
