I was delighted to see the Labour Party as a whole backing the Governance Review - at least I think I am delighted.

Slightly puzzled as to why the proposed County Council candidates announcement should be linked to the review, it could cause confusion to the electorate as it is Rother District Council conducting the review not the County Council, and it is Rother District Councillors who will make the decision.

Currently the Labour Party does not have a Labour Councillor in Rother.

The Labour group also seem to be confused as to the functions a town council would be responsible for. Currently there are only two allotments in Bexhill that are run by Rother, the others are privately managed.

It would seem that it is not only nationally that the Labour Party is in disarray.
