LETTER: No carnage on seafront here
Sitting, for another sunny day, on the promenade at Almunecar in Spain, amongst tourists, locals, dog walkers, skaters and cyclists, I am amazed that the mass carnage predicted for Eastbourne seafront is not happening here.
There is the same mix of disabled, deaf and elderly as we have. So I went to their Tourist Information Office to ask for an explanation, and apparently there is no problem on their busy seafront.
