LETTER: Dog poo bin is a good start

Congratulations to our Borough Council for the installation of a dog poo dispenser on the seafront near the Wish Tower. Let's hope it encourages those less responsible dog owners with the message that they are the ones to clean up after their dog. However, if after 12 months there has been no improvement perhaps our councillors might consider that our prestige seafront and some of our playing fields are not appropriate places for dogs?
