A trip back in time
I WRITE in reference to Mike Turner's letter regarding using Drayton Crossing and then on to Tangmere for the access road to Bognor from the A27.
I think it is a good idea, very lateral thinking, and with the ‘new’ access road from North Bersted to Felpham crossing the industrial area would clear the very busy Chichester Road as well as the huge hold up at A259/A27 junction.
The A29 is so narrow and floods so regularly that supporting this as a main access route for industrial use pushes us back to Victorian days with horses and carts!
But there again, that is what the local authorities seem to think of Bognor!
