ONE, FINAL BIG PUSH TO SAVE OUR HOSPITALS

A FINAL, passionate push in the campaign to save hospital services in West Sussex has left no-one in doubt about the fury and strength of opposition to proposed cuts to hospital services in the county.

First, unprecedent crowds blocked the streets of Chichester on Saturday when a protest march left Chichester College, travelling through the city to Priory Park.

Then, yesterday (Tuesday), Keep Worthing and Southlands Hospitals (Kwash) and Save Princess Royal Hospital campaigners took their campaign to London, where there was a hospital bed push down Whitehall and petitions and letters handed in at both Number 10 Downing Street and to the Department of Health.
