Media guru leads Felpham students

A PRESENTER from BBC South Today led a workshop for year 10 GCSE and BTEC health and social care students from Felpham Community College earlier this month.

John Young, who is also the founder of John Young Media, worked with the students to focus on communication, presentation and team working skills.

John Young said: “The two groups of students I worked with today were a credit to the school.

“All students engaged well and some outstanding students stood out.

“Several ‘comfort zones’ were successfully breached with plenty for students to reflect on.

“Overall, Felpham students showed brilliant business knowledge.”
