THE A27 has reopened between Emsworth and Chichester, and traffic is now flowing freely.

The A259 has also reopened, according to Sussex Police.
However eyewitnesses living on the A29 said on Tuesday morning that the road remains shut near Halfords in Bognor Regis and a lorry has been stranded there all night.
Police are currently on the scene, the Observer was told at 8am.
