Littlehampton filling station raiders make off with cigarettes

Police were called to the kiosk at 12.40am in response to an intruder alarm.

On arrival, officers discovered the door to the kiosk area had been forced open using a crowbar or a similar instrument and a quantity of tobacco products had been stolen.

A Sussex Police spokesman said the full circumstances of the incident remained under investigation at this stage.
