Lessons on recycling in Bognor

A recycling bus will be visiting Bognor Regis on Thursday, March 26 spread the word about reducing waste.

The presence of the vehicle between 10am and 3.30pm at the Tesco store on Shripney Road precedes major changes in the materials which residents can recycle on their doorsteps.

They will be able to place many more items '“ such as glass bottles, Tetra Pak cartons and aerosol cans '“ in Arun District Council's blue-top recycling bins from April 6.

Cllr Paul Wotherspoon, the council's member for the environment, said: "These information events offer people the chance to learn more about what they can do and are well worth a visit."
