• The pantomime seems to have been a resounding success and I’m sorry to have missed it. Next year?

• Iden Open Gardens will be on Sunday June 9. If you would like to open your garden for the day, please telephone John Harrison on 280 240.All proceeds will be in aid of the Friends of Iden Church.

• Iden Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday May 23. Local organisations will give presentations, and residents will be able to speak to local councillors about any concerns.

• The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on Tuesday 7th May beginning at 7.30pm.

• The mid-week services continue on Wednesday at 9.30 am for Morning Prayer and 3.30pm for Evening Prayer.

• The 9.30 am service for the 6th Sunday after Easter will be the Family service led by the Vicar.
