Helicopter visit for Chidham pupils

general manager at Goodwood Airfield, said: “My two sons go to Chidham, and I’ve been enthusiastic about the school integrating aviation into the curriculum.

“The topic the pupils have been studying is ‘Wings, Wheels, Sails’, so we invited them to the Goodwood Airfield for a tour earlier this year.

“At their school fete, we flew a helicopter to the school and landed on the field – the children really enjoyed it and they presented us with their topic work.”
