Food safety training course

Supervisors and managers who work in the food industry around Bognor Regis attended a food safety course.

The three-day event was hosted by Arun District Council, with Seahaven Food Safety, to ensure businesses were updated with the law. Those who attended the event included Aldingbourne Country Centre, The Ship and Anchor in Ford and Homelands Care Home in Bognor.

Arun's deputy head of environmental health, Roger Wood, said: "Supervisors and middle managers are an essential link in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and preventing food poisoning."
